I try to fix things myself. I called Water Works when I was at a dead end to have them come out. While waiting for them to return my call to setup a house call I decided to continue to problem solve on my own. While in the middle of trying to do the repair I got the call from them. I told them I was going to continue to try to fix the problem myself. Instead of just hanging up on me, they gave me assistance over the phone. I was able to fix the problem myself. Next time I need to have my well serviced and I can't fix it myself, I will definitely have them do the work.

Jack did a great job at a very fair price He drilled a shallow well for irrigation and did the irrigation system. We were up north in Michigan at the time and relied on him to get the job done. Jack would call whenever he was in the area to check on the system for us to make sure it was operating correctly and during the rainy season to turn the system off. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again
